Scope of services. Modryn AI provides operational and workflow automation. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice and does not make clinical decisions. All clinical judgment remains with the clinic’s licensed professionals. AI agents handle intake, routing, booking, reminders, follow-up, and payment workflow only.
Payment & data security. Raw payment card data remains within the payment processor at all times and is never stored in the CRM, SMS, email, forms, call recordings, or AI chat. The client is responsible for its own regulatory compliance, including HIPAA obligations and any required business associate agreements.
Telephone & messaging compliance. All AI voice and SMS communication is operated in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable FCC rules, and carrier A2P 10DLC registration requirements. The clinic is responsible for obtaining and maintaining patients’ prior express consent to be contacted by call, text, and email, and for honoring opt-out and STOP requests. Modryn AI configures consent capture, opt-out handling, quiet-hours, and caller identification, but does not provide legal advice regarding consent or telemarketing law.
Healthcare & HIPAA. AI agents handle scheduling, intake, reminders, follow-up, and payment workflow, and are configured to limit the protected health information they process. Where required, Modryn AI will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). The clinic remains the covered entity and is responsible for its own HIPAA compliance program.
Add-ons & third-party costs. Optional services (additional agents, reactivation campaigns, paid-ads management, custom development) are quoted separately. Third-party costs such as ad spend, telephony, and software subscriptions are not included unless stated in the signed agreement.
